Our Process
Building your own home is certainly a challenge, but the reward is the opportunity to create a home just the way you’ve always wanted. Each build is unique, and your local Latitude home builder will tailor the approach to your lifestyle, needs and budget. But there are some key steps that are common to every new home build.
Planning
We offer multiple options for you to approach your dream homes. We design, we custom and we have house & land package.
Design
Regardless of whether you prefer a single or double-story home, whether you want all bedrooms located at the same end of the house, or if you want to include additional office space. All our home designs are flexible and can be altered to suit your needs. You can flip our house plans to fit your section, add more living space areas, or add other personal preferences.
Construction
The construction process comprises the house base, frame, external linings, and fixing, and finally practical completion. Once these stages are complete, you’ll attend your final walk-through inspection to clarify any outstanding items. All the key milestone stages of building your home are completed.
Settlement
On the day of settlement, you are at the handover stage where you receive the keys to your dream home! You will meet your Construction Supervisor who will conduct an on-site handover. Appliances will be installed at an agreed time after settlement has taken place.
